What comes free with every plan?+
Two base packages are always included: Clients & client portal (unlimited clients, contacts and your branded portal) and Documents & storage (a secure vault with 20 GB per user). You then add at least one paid module to build a plan.
How does the $5-per-module pricing work?+
Each of the six modules (izzybooks, izzysign, izzykyc, izzycheck, izzycompliance and izzytask) is $5 per user per month. Pick only the ones you need. Once you reach four modules you’re at $20, which is the price of all six, so from there the full izzytap All-in-One is the better deal.
What’s in the $20 All-in-One?+
Everything (both base packages and all six modules) for $20 per user per month, saving $10 a user versus buying the six individually. It’s also the most generous on the meters: izzycheck runs at 10 screenings per user (instead of 5 standalone) and izzysign at 10 e-signatures per user.
What are the izzycheck and izzysign limits?+
These are the only two metered packages. izzycheck (AML) is 5 screenings per user each month (10 on the All-in-One); izzysign (e-signatures) is 10 per user each month. They pool across your whole team, and you can add a top-up any time you need more. Every other module is unlimited.
Can I add or remove modules later?+
Yes, add a module and it switches on straight away; remove one and it simply stops billing. Your data is never deleted, so if you turn a module back on later everything is still there.
How does yearly billing save me money?+
Pay yearly and you pay for ten months but get twelve (two months free). A single module is $50 per user per year and the full All-in-One is $200 per user per year.
