Open the screen

- Log in to your workspace.
- In the left menu, under Admin, click Plan & usage.
The top of the panel names your current plan, for example Starter plan, Growth plan or Professional plan, with a status chip beside it.
The status chip

The chip is a one-glance health check for your whole plan:
- Healthy (green): you have room to spare.
- Nearly full (amber): you have used 80% or more of a limit.
- Limit reached (red): a limit is full.
The two gauges

Below the chip are two gauges, side by side on a wide screen and stacked on a phone.
Team members counts the staff seats you are using. Clients counts the client companies in your workspace. Each gauge shows the same set of readings:
- A big used number next to your limit (for example 3 / 5).
- A small percentage chip showing how full that gauge is.
- A coloured bar that fills as you get closer to the limit. It turns amber near the limit and red when full.
- A line underneath telling you how many are left, for example 2 seats left on your plan. When a gauge is full it reads You've used every seat on this plan instead.
What is actually counted
Only active team members and active client companies count toward your limits.
That means you can free up room without changing your plan:
- Deactivating or removing a teammate frees a seat.
- Suspending or archiving a company frees a client slot.
As soon as you do, the gauge drops and the room comes back.
Note
If you ever see a message that this workspace has no limits, it is an internal, unmetered workspace. Ordinary firm plans always show the two gauges above.
When a gauge is full
If either gauge is full, a line appears at the bottom of the panel explaining that new team members or clients cannot be added until you upgrade. For what that blocks and how to get more room, see What to do when you reach your plan limit.
