The quotation sales funnel is a scoreboard of how well your quotes are converting into paying work. It sits in your accounts area, separate from the list where you actually create and send quotes.
Where to find it

- Log in to your workspace.
- In the left menu, under Finance, click Your Accounts.
- In the accounts menu, open Quotations.
The heading reads Quotations with a Sales funnel subtitle. This is a reporting view. To create or send a quote, use Finance and Quotations in the main menu instead.
The four tiles at the top

- Won is the number of quotes the client said yes to. Because accepting a quote turns it into an invoice automatically, Won counts both accepted and converted quotes together.
- Win rate is, of the quotes that got a firm decision, the percentage you won. It is Won divided by (Won plus Declined). Quotes still waiting and expired quotes are left out of this sum, so the rate reflects only the decisions clients have actually made.
- Open pipeline is the total value of quotes still sitting at Sent, waiting for a decision. This is money you could still win.
- Avg quote value is the average value across every quote in the chosen period.
The funnel breakdown

Below the tiles, the funnel lists each stage with its count:
- Won (accepted & converted)
- Sent (awaiting decision)
- Declined
- Expired
The Outcome column labels each row: won, open pipeline, lost, or a dash for expired. For what each of these statuses means on an individual quote, see Quotation statuses explained.
Change the date range
Use the filter bar at the top to switch the period, for example this month or this quarter. Every tile and the funnel update to match. Quotes are counted by the date they were created.
Export the data
Use the export option on the filter bar to download the funnel data as a file for your own records or your accountant.
Note
A quote only counts once here. Since acceptance converts a quote straight into an invoice, you will rarely see a lingering "accepted" state on its own. It is folded into Won. To see the money those won quotes brought in, look at your Profit and loss report.
