What happens when your trial ends

New firms start on a 7 day free trial with full access and no card needed. This guide explains what happens when the trial ends, so there are no surprises.

While your trial is running

What you can use during the trial depends on the pick you made when you signed up. If you chose Everything (the full platform), you get all of it: create invoices and quotations, run your books, build and send KYC forms, run AML screenings, get agreements signed, and manage tasks. If you chose Just what I need, only the modules you picked are switched on, and the rest show a short prompt to add them.

Either way, the choice is not locked. You can add any other module free while your trial runs, so you can start small and try more later. The only things counted during the trial are AML screenings and e-signatures, the same two pools every plan counts.

When the trial ends without a plan

If your trial runs out and you have not started a plan, your paid features pause. From then on, until you start a plan:

• You cannot create new invoices, quotations, KYC forms, AML screenings, e-signatures or tasks, and you cannot open your accounting.
• Those sections show a short prompt to start a plan instead.
• Your clients and your documents keep working. Adding a client and storing files are always free, so those never pause.

Nothing is deleted. Everything you built during the trial is kept safe and comes straight back the moment you start a plan.

Start a plan to switch everything back on

1. Log in to your workspace.
2. In the left menu, under Admin, click Subscription.
3. Take the full bundle, or build your own plan from the packages you want.
4. Pay, and your workspace switches back on right away.
