Setting up your firm on izzytap takes a couple of minutes. You fill in one short form, choose what you want to try, and you are straight into your workspace. There is no email link to wait for. This page walks you through it from the very first click.
Start your free trial
Your trial is free for 7 days and needs no card. You can add anything else to it for free while the trial runs.
- Open the izzytap website in your browser.
- Click Start free, or open the pricing page and choose the free trial. This opens the signup card, headed Create your workspace.
Tip
Not sure which parts you need yet? Start the free trial. During the trial you can turn any module on for free, so nothing is locked away while you look around.
Fill in the signup form
Everything is on one screen. When you finish, you are signed in right away.
- In the Business name box, type your firm's name. This becomes your workspace and the name your clients see. You can change it later.
- In the Your name box, type your own name.
- In the Work email box, type your work email address. This is how you sign in and how we reach you about your account, so use a real inbox.
- In the Password box, type a password. It must be at least 8 characters. Click the eye icon on the right if you want to see what you typed.
- In the Phone number box, type your mobile number. The country dialling code is filled in for you from your location. If it is wrong, change it from the flag menu on the left.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create workspace.
That creates your account, signs you in right away, and sends a welcome email to your address for your records.

Use a work email, not a personal one. Your email is how you sign in and how we reach you about your account.
Tip
izzytap sets your workspace currency from your location for you, so a firm in India starts in rupees and a firm in the UK starts in pounds. You can change your currency later in Settings.
Choose what to try
Next you see a screen headed What would you like to try? This is the only choice you make before you land in your workspace.
- To try the whole platform, click the Complete izzytap card at the top. This is the simplest way to start.
- To try only some parts, look under Or pick what you need and tick the modules you want, such as invoicing, e-signatures, or KYC. You can still add the rest for free later.
- Click Launch my workspace.
izzytap plays a short "setting up your workspace" screen while it gets everything ready. When it finishes, click Go to your dashboard to land in your workspace.
Add your brand when you are ready
To keep signup quick, izzytap does not ask for your logo, colours, or tax details up front. You add those later. On your dashboard you will see a short prompt to finish your brand. You can do it then, or any time, from Settings.
- To set your logo, brand colour, and letterhead, see set your brand.
- To add your legal name and tax number, see add your tax number and legal entity name.
- Everything else about your firm lives in your firm settings.
Note
Your invoices, quotations, and client portal use your brand once you add it. Until then they use your firm name and the izzytap defaults, so you can still send documents straight away.
Verify your email
You can start work right away. When you have a moment, izzytap shows a small card on your dashboard asking you to verify your email address. Type in the 6-digit code we send you to confirm it. This step is optional and you can do it any time.
