Your firm
37 step-by-step guides for your firm.
How to set your firm's brand
Set your firm's name, logo, colour and contact details so your clients' portal, emails and documents all carry your brand, not IzzyTap's.
Upload, crop, replace or remove your logo
Add, crop, replace or remove your firm logo on the Brand page, and where it appears for your clients.
Your firm's settings
Set your firm's country, billing currency, business type, how tax is shown on prices, and your invoice and quotation numbering, all in one place.
Choose your brand colour and where it shows
Pick your accent colour from the preset swatches or type a custom hex code, and see exactly which client-facing surfaces it paints.
How to add a team member
Add a colleague to your firm and choose whether they set their own password by invite or you create their login for them. You need a free seat first.
Buy or reduce staff seats
A seat is one paid staff member. Add seats when you grow your team, or reduce them when someone leaves. You do it yourself on the Staff page.
Fix a logo that will not upload
Clear the 'over 2 MB' and 'please use a PNG or JPG' errors, and understand why a transparent or oddly shaped logo can look wrong on your documents.
Understanding staff roles and permissions
A plain guide to the staff roles in IzzyTap, what each one can do, and how the access scope controls which clients a person sees.
Add your tax number and legal entity name
Enter your business tax number and your registered legal entity name so your invoices and agreements print the correct official details.
Set up your invoice and document letterhead
Fill in the address, bank details, default payment terms and footer note that print on every invoice, quotation and PDF you send.
Set your emirate (VAT place of supply)
Choose your trade-licence emirate on the Brand page. This becomes your place of supply, the emirate your standard-rated sales are reported under in box 1 of your VAT return.
Set your contact details and support email
Set your phone, website, email and support email on the Brand page so your client's 'contact us' links and your outgoing emails carry your firm's own details, not the platform's.
